On June 26 and June 27, 2022, I used Phonepe to complete transactions for the hotel reservations I had made with Oyo Rooms. The total for both transactions was rs 2094 (rs 1142 and rs 956 paid separately). I cancelled the reservation for some reason, and Oyo has been telling me that they have started the refund process and that I will receive the money within 14 working days, but it has been more than 14 working days. Since Oyo Customer Care keeps hanging up on me after more than 30 days, I don't know the status of my refund or when I will get it.
