[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — not refunding my amount 23 days have done

They were saying that we will raise your ticket
We will tranferring your call to seniors
Wait for some times amd hold for two minutes but doesn't coming back on call then.
Always thery do like this i have caller numerous times
Not solving my problem since they said that 7-14 bussiness days refund amount reflected to your account but refund doesn't reflected
Oyo money rs225 was recieved after one day only
But the ammount debited from debit card doesn't refunded why?
Always saying we have initiated your ammount but when did the ammont refund??

Oyo customer care people also not responding so many times i call so many times i messaged so many messages on whatsapp oyo assist but no response is there
