[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — not satisfied with services | |
Oyo advisors did not communicate at all after finalising the package of kerala. Customer care was just arranging call back and no body called. Oyo rooms were pathetic and we had to change 2 rooms in munnar & room is also not good at kocchi. All the hotels provided far away from the town. Vehicle driver is not good in character and his behavior is also not good. I faces many problem in my honeymoon package. Staff of oyo restaurant did not know any laguage to communicate. Nobody came to take any feedback... I never suggested any one to a package from oyo. Was this information helpful? | |
