I've been told to pay the early morning charges because as per their time it was 5:59 & as per the hotel's & my time it was above 6:02. For a room of 881 they're asking me to pay extra 1332. Is this some kind of joke they do to people? I even checked out early but they don't care. I've called them for assistance and that's the answer i recieved from them. I even paid the 30% charges of theirs for early morning access. I've been their customer since 3-4 years & i use the app regularly i know about the rules so i won't make such a blunder knowingly.
