[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — oyo 11908 hotel

Highly disgusting hotel with a hopeless management. They neither know professionalism, nor interested in customer satisfaction. They just want customer to check in and check out. They neither bother in listening to customer complaints, nor in addressing to it. The biggest drawback is the rooms for which you choose the hotel. The rooms are dirty, full of insects. The bathroom is not cleaned properly, especially the toilet seat. The breakfast which you suppose to have as free from oyo, will be only first come first serve basis. If you are going after 3-4 people finished their breakfast, you would be coming to listen that we are exhausted completely. Overall a big pathetic place for the people willing to spend a vacation.

I booked a hotel via oyo at Darjeeling West Bengal on 3rd Nov. But hotel denied to give room as they said they already broke up with oyo 2 months prior. 2hrs got over but I still oyo could not resolve the problem. Finally they cancel my booking & assured me for full refund within 7 working days, but still I didn't get my refund.
