[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — oyo 9721 hotel sr rooms : no bill provided and wrong charges applied | |||
I have booked oyo 9721 hotel sr rooms wakad pune hotel via goibibo When i reached to hotel they provided me the room and at the time of checkout they asked me to pay the bill of 3623 Issue 1: which i paid but they didn't provide me the bill over email or any hardcopy Issue 2: booking amount showed in goibibo booking id is 2356 Oyo is not paying the difference amount. Also they generated new booking id under which they charged 3623 It's a clear cheating and fraud case. Was this information helpful? | |||
