Booking id nfbl1963 I had a booking for 23rd may to 27th may at darjeeling and my booking was at the retreat and i have made my booking with full amount paid on 2nd jan, 2018 for two rooms for my family including my mom and dad they are senior citizens, but as per hotel retreat they have cancelled the booking long time back and oyo have not informed me and sent me an sms on the day of arrival i. E. On 23rd may that my booking is shifted to other hotel named royal sarava. I reached darjeeling on 23rd may at 3 pm and contacted the hotel and as per the hotel, there are no rooms as they have also got information about the same today morning itself. I tried to contact oyo customer care almost 20 times but they are clueless, and every time a new person was attending my calls and i had to explain the whole thing. It is almost 6 hrs. I was on road with my entire family, searching rooms here in darjeeling. You people ruined my holiday. At last i have done booking on my own for 4 nights at hotel sanderling just beside darjeeling guest house for two rooms, they charged me 47000/-. This is how oyo cheated me.
