My booking id VMYC2970, booked from 17-06-19 to[protected] at SPOT ON Sree Grand Lingam Residency, Vellore was denied admission stating that AC room is not available. However my booking was for AC room with advanced payment. We reached hotel for checking midnight around 1AM and had lot of inconvenience. We have visited Vellore for treatment of my ailing mother at CMC Hospital, Vellore. Had to find another hotel at midnight to stay and have paid higher price for stay. When followed up with customer care more than 20 times, they were not able to assist my issue. They transferred the call to other departments and even waiting for 40 mins, no one responded. I asked for refund and compensation for inconvenience caused at midnight for confirmed booking. Case id 16763848, 16763859 raised for refund and call back but no response received as of now. They kept saying their ground staff will validate with property for denied admission and then refund will be made. It is such pain for their incompetent customer service.
