[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Oyo is not refunding the amount paid online while booking and denied room availability when reached hotel

Oyo has not refunded the amount paid while booking. On reaching hotel they denied room availability and cancelled the booking
The refund is now pending for almost two months
I have tried reaching out customer care support but of no use

I am waiting for like months now waiting for the issue to be resolved.. even posting the complaint here did not resolved my issue yet.. if the attitude remains same towards customer issues, I don't think Oyo will be able to retain the customers for long now
