I booked oyo life pg on oyo life app on 4th november 2021. I paid security deposit for single room 6349 as well as advanced rent payment of rs 3809.40 by phonepe for 13th nov to 30th nov.My check in date was 13th nov 2021. Due to some circumstances I was unable to check in on 13th nov. I wanted to cancel the booking as I was not interested in moving into the room. So I tried cancelling the booking on the app but due to poor oyo life app I was not able to cancel the booking as kyc details documents were not getting uploaded on the app. I tried many times to upload the document from the app. Finally on 27th november I contacted customer care agent via email. She said we cannot provide refund due to policy.I haven't moved in but they are also denying returning any security deposit .They do not have any means to contact except an email. I had very pathetic experience with them and hoping to get full amount back.
