[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — oyo life pg, issues with refund of deposit | |||
Booking id : 10300 Check-out date: 31st may I had checked out from oyo life pg, shree9 pg, phase 1, hinjewadi pune, on 31st may. I had put on a proper checkout notice on 1st may using oyolife app. The deposit amount of 5000/- was supposed to be refunded within 15 days of check out. I was informed that i will receive a google form to fill in the details regarding the refund. But neither have i received any such form nor i am contacted by any oyo representative regarding the refund process. Its going to be a month since my checkout and i request u to look into the matter.
