I have booked a room booking id: blnj6035 in kolkata. For my stay on dates 31st july 2019 to 1st august 2019. From my mobile app. And i have paid the money by my debit card through oyo application.
That after reaching there i found the hotel was under maintenance and there was no staffs so i called oyo customer assist. They assured me to refund my money back. But unfortunately i have been calling several times from 31st july 2019, everytime the executives assured me of my refund with different reasons but i haven't got my money back. Some told there is an technical issue with booking cancellation, some told within 7 to 14 days i will get the money back. But nothing actually happened. The executives managers make a lot of fake assurance and promises.
Very pathetic experience.
