The hotel very often gets very noisy well past midnight, particularly when some new group of guests arrive. The ambience of the hotel in these cases turns into that of the combination of a road-side dhaba and a busy railway station. Myself and my family could not sleep almost the whole night on 21st october 2018 in room 308 due to heavy noise emanated from the outside passage. The noise of high volume tv as well as loud talks from some adjacent room as well as the lobby started at around 11pm and i complained on the same to the reception person over intercom at 11.30pm, but the situation did not improve. The house keeping staff carry room wastes through the lift alongside the guests, which is very unhygienic. Was this information helpful? | |
