[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — oyo policies are just fooling people. worst experience

Hello Oyo Team,
I am having a my life's worst experience with Oyo.
1st- I booked Oyo rooms through goibibo, but don't now why Oyo didn't receive my booking. I got no help from support team of Oyo and ibibo.
2nd- I booked from Oyo app and when I reached there, hotel.didnt have my booking and even they didn't have any empty room. I called Oyo and my call was kept on hold for 30mins. Again I called and another hotel was given another hotel and I paid online 2850. I all this issue I checked in at 6pm around.
3rd- When I reached the hotel, I was informed there is no breakfast included but the room I booked included breakfast. After that the room given to me was on 5th floor and was not good as shown on pics. Then also we were ok but after sometime power cut happened and the lift stopped working. My father is having knee problem and he had to climb 5 floors. The hotel is undergoing some renovation and this will be happening as informed by the hotel ppl.
4th and the most important- I called Oyo for more then 10 times and every time I called I explained the whole thing and before getting the issue resolved the call was getting disconnected. I kept asking that can I get a call back if the call is getting disconnected, but I received no call from Oyo. Among them my 1st call landed to a agent named Rahul, he was very rude and was not ready to listen I told him everything he said " you booked through goibibo, contact goibibo, why you are telling us and wasting time". I have never heard anyone talk like this.
5th- I got call from a so called guest relations manager. After listening to all the problem he said "We will take it as a feedback and in future you won't face any issue. His name is Surojit Roy.
I mean what a great solution for whatever I faced.
Oyo support is becoming worst day by day. Just making money not relationship.
