[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — oyo room booked and confirmed but unavailable | |
I have booked an oyo room for booking no. Zqva6128 for three guests near cochin airport. Check in time is from 6th may 2019 12noon onwards checkout on 17th may 2019 before 12noon. When i reach at oyo home 15726 they said oyo contract period expired. I was surprised because i got a telephone call regarding confirmation and i confirmed. Later on, the way to hotel i got a call from your agent, he said the room is ok. I went there along with my family with ladies. I reached there at 10:30 pm and the place was not very remote and there was no electric supply on the way to the room. When we reach there the hotel owner mr. Jobin informed me that this hotel oyo contract period expired and you can take this hotel by paying more amount. I was stunned because i heard that oyo is reliable. This was my first experience and that too this type of incident. I really hate oyo experience. Was this information helpful? | |
