I am writing to you to raise an issue about: oyo room bookings

The issue that i have experienced was: i had booked a room with booking id smco8926 in oyo. The hotel reduced to provide the room, they said they are not giving room to oyo.

It occurred on: 3/10/2019

We need proper compensation from oyo for this type o[censored]nresponsive service

Updated by Amjith N I had a talk with your Guest relationship manger Ms. Mithul from Chandigarh she very irritating and even don't know how to behave to a customer.. Oyo is cheating customers and making money.. Very bad experience from OYO...
