Hi team,
Initially i asked oyo agent to book room for two days i. E. 17th and 18th august 2019. But agent booked my room for only one day for b coral hotel pondicherry. Property owner forceably made me to check out for one day itself. Then i called oyo support. Support team said me, it was mistake by their end. Room should have been booked for two days rather agent booked only for one day. If require you can check our recording conversation.
So i lodged complaint by calling oyo support again with case id 19395056 with regards to refund of money and agent agreed to refund money back. Till now i didn't receive any refund money to my account.
Please let us know when can i expect refund amount from your end.
