I booked hotel in Varanasi from OYO app and paid whatever price was showing. When i arrived to hotel, Hotel first checked in on APP and then asked for more money. Then i contacted Oyo support, they said to me pay rest of the amount and we will refund after checkout .They asked me to collect original bill and forward them .I followed all the instructions .But after 1.5 months of follow up they stopped responding.

Updated by MukeshBharati I am asking for updated on my refund every day, but they are not responding. When i am calling, they put me on hold everyday for 1 hour and disconnect it later on.

Updated by MukeshBharati I got one call from Oyo, They said they will refund in 24-48 hours .If not they asked to call them again. Waiting for 24-48 Hour to complete.
