I have booked a room in oyo 44577 behala inn, booking id: blnj6035. For my stay on dates 31st july 2019 to 1st august 2019. From my mobile app. And i have paid ₹791 by my debit card through oyo application.
That after reaching there i found the hotel was under maintenance and there was no staffs so i called oyo customer assist. They gave fake assurance to me that they will refund my money back. But unfortunately i have been calling several times from 31st july 2019, everytime the executives gave fake assurance to me of my refund with different reasons but i haven't got my money back. Some told there is a technical issue with booking cancellation, some told within 7 to 14 days i will get the money back. But nothing actually happened.
And my previous complaint had been resolved without giving my refund back.
I want my refund please help me. Its been a very long time.
