Oyo Rooms — oyo software fault and customer return money policy

I have paid for 4 rooms booking id khgp1609 9 to 11 july park palace ujjain. After that visit to hotel owner said it's already inform Oyo that it's sold out on that day but Oyo book the room why no body in Oyo call center and chat ready to reply about my booking calling/ chat but due to software and Oyo manager mistake I have learn my lesson never go for group booking on Oyo never pay in advance to Oyo thank for making me learn I will definitely share this experience with all my near and dear that if it is Oyo fault then also you have to fight for your amt to get back
