Oyo Rooms — oyo total holidays - no booking after successful payment

Hi, i was booking for a holiday package in ooty for 4d/3n through oyo official website :

The website took me to the payment page and i completed my payment using my axis bank credit card. I got a confirmation email from oyo saying payment was successful along with the following details details of the transaction order id: th-dzpb8140 txn id: a922447b-0dd3-491c-b06c-a1fdd36356ce payment mode: cc i received an email from my bank as well confirming the transaction was successful. However when i contacted oyo support for my booking details, they said the booking never happened and i did not get any support from them to resolve the issue.

Please help me to get this issue resolved and issue a refund for this fraudulent transaction.

Please find the package id that was shared later when I contacted customer support. This package id - "TH-RKUV9728" was just shared one day before my travel, by when I had already booked for an alternative.

Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest.
