Oyo Rooms — oyo total holidays - no booking after successful payment | |||
Hi, i was booking for a holiday package in ooty for 4d/3n through oyo official website : https://www.oyorooms.com/total-holidays/country-81bc2d7a-506c-4727-acd0-3d51466522a2/ooty-tour-packa...⇄ The website took me to the payment page and i completed my payment using my axis bank credit card. I got a confirmation email from oyo saying payment was successful along with the following details details of the transaction order id: th-dzpb8140 txn id: a922447b-0dd3-491c-b06c-a1fdd36356ce payment mode: cc i received an email from my bank as well confirming the transaction was successful. However when i contacted oyo support for my booking details, they said the booking never happened and i did not get any support from them to resolve the issue. Please help me to get this issue resolved and issue a refund for this fraudulent transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
