I wasn't initially informed about the notice period so i gave the notice by email on 23rd june. Pg caretaker knew of my intentions to checkout on 8th july right from the time of check in.
The security deposit of rs. 7499 was supposed to be refunded within 15 days of checkout. I received an email on 19th july saying i wouldn't be given any refund because i didn't serve a notice. The customer care acknowledged receiving the notice by email.
Now on 27th july, i received an eviction notice saying i need to pay rs. 15116 more as occupancy charge. Checkout has already been acknowledged 3 times.
On 1st august, i received an email saying i need to pay rs. 22615 as rent due for the month of august.
The customer care doesn't respond to most of the calls and when they do, they ask me to write a new mail. The caretaker of the pg, mr. Sumit told me that it was not under his control and he was ready to do the necessary at his end. He has assured me that i will get a full refund but the customer care won't respond.
