Complaint marked as Resolved I booked a hotel online through OYO rooms app. OYO also gives confirmation about my booking and took 50% amount at the time of booking.
When we reached soyang hotel Gangtok, they denied to check in and I called several times for OYO assistant but no response and complaint for the same but till time no response.
I wait for around 4 hours with my family and waiting for the response but oyo people’s are sleeping till time.
Request you to please take action against oyo team and refund my amount with compensation.
