I had a booking with capital O 41999 Royal Auckland at Ooty with booking ID:QGFW6518
From 10th june 19- 13th june 19 (3days). And I had paid an amount of 12756/-(8568 through net banking and remaining 4188 by cash to hotel at the time of arrival), but unfortunately they have not provided breakfast, lunch, dinner for any day. Please consider this and get me refund.
