[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — paid high instead of showing amount | |
I huv booked hotel starline paltan bazar on 9 oct 2019. When i reached hotel they denied me check in... Tell me to paid higher then my actual amount. When i called oyo fr hlep d oyo assistant told me to changed my hotel to another location. Which is far from present hotel n when i instead to confirm my booking in starline then he told me to book on higher price. I travel 10 hrs before i reached hotel.. Due to my tiredness i don't change d hotel.. Check in a higher price.. Oyo is a pathetic company which huv no money n coustomer value.. They hired lame person on coustomer service duty because they don't help u anything jst hold ur ph fr 2 hrs.. After so much travelling they harass me like dis..
