[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — pathetic response & services of oyo rooms

I booked 2 oyo room in naintal location booking id ynmv6240 where check in date was 07th june 2018 & check out date was 09th june 2018.
Below mentioned challenges i faced as i made a mistake to book oyo rooms.
1. When i entered to nainital, i spoke to oyo property person davinder to guide me how to reach to property, that guy was feeling sleepy at that time and he guided me the wrong path due to which we had to do acclivity of 3 kms extra & when we complaint for the same he didn't even bother & said that we should have asked somebody about head post office location & he also agreed that he was feeling sleepy that's why could hear me properly
2. We didn't even ask for any tea / coffee but he provided as a complimentary as we have been waiting for our check in but during check out he asked me to pay the bill of rs. 100/- which we didn't even order.
3. As per oyo policy we can do check in between 10 am-12 pm subject to room availability, oyo property guy davinder was ready to provide us room at 9:45 am but he asked to pay rs.2300/- extra for 15 minutes early check in, which i refused to pay.
4. When we entered the room, i shocked to see the room, it was a very pathetic room, very small in size.
5. There was no water in tap, i had to ask staff members atleast 5 times to get water in tap as everything is controlled from outside. They can start and stop any service from outside.
6. No mug was available to take a bath, neither was there any shower.
7. Geyster worked only when we asked staff person to start it.
8. I have never seen such a great tv facility, it provides only 2 channels if you press any other button the tv stopped working & you have to shut the tv down and start it again and it worked only when we asked staff member to set channel on this.
9. If you saw the kitchen of oyo rooms then you could not even think to have anything from there. There was such smell comes from kitchen like it comes from gutter usually and the plates which they use to serve the foods are fallen on floor and they wash those plates near to gutter.
10. I didn't even take a bath due to such pathetic service and during midnight when we reached hotel i found couple of cockroaches on my bed. There was also a rat which roamed around the room and continuously generating weird noise which couldn't let me sleep. Just because my wife & relatives were with me that's why i had to stay there otherwise i would have left that property during midnight.
11. There was no mobile connection at all that's why couldn't contact oyo customer at that time
12. As i couldn't tolerate such first class oyo services i checked out on 08th june instead of 09th june and i went to mall road to speak to oyo customer service where i interacted mr. Abdul & mr. Bittoo sharma to assist me in such situation but both the guys put me on hold for 15 minutes each time and then put me on mute and then disconnected the call.
13. Somehow i managed to arrange a room in nainital without oyo assistance and today i spoke to mr. Ayub, mr. Mohammed & mr. Vaibhav to escalate this case but all three stupids have put me on hold for half an hour and the disconnect my call.
14. I made 10 calls to oyo rooms which charged me almost rs.500/- and i spoke to one of escalation team member mr. Ansari, i am really surprised to listen the way he communicated to me, i really don't know whether he knows the basic etiquettes to speak to customer. Neither was he ready to provide me any tat/sla and he repeating his scirpted part that we will call you back as soon as possible but i didn't receive any call.
15.9 difference oyo customer care executives put me on hold for atleast 15-20 minutes and then disconnected my call.
Since i got such pathetic, third class service from oyo so i have made up my mind not to use oyo services in futher, neither would i recommend anybody to use oyo services and will try my level best to spoil the reputation of oyo brand.
