On 22nd may 2022 @3:28 pm i called the customer care no. of oyo [protected] and made a payment of 1196₹ by phonepe to oyo for a hotel room booking. Phonepe is showing payment successful and received by oyo. But oyo executives are denying of any payment received.

Tried calling customer care of oyo 3-4 times, every time they ask the details and then ask me to wait for 20-30 mins. Before disconnecting the call. Worst customer care team ever. Wasted my 4-5 hours and gave me a headache... I want a full refund of 1196₹ and a compensation of 5000₹ for giving me mental tension and wasting my time. I want the issue to be resolved asap
