[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — payment related issue

My booking id is ntlm7184 and my fraind whose name is naveen is stay in 26640 hotel kurnak green bhopal and when i book hotel in my app there is 0 rupees paybel in hotel because i have oyo cash/rupees which is 100% redemeble but in hotel cash counter i have paid 1062 rupees which is not fare and peybale and i call oyo cst 150 times but my problem is not resolved cst care aggent said to me that technical teem will contect you within 15minits but there is 4 day go no call i got and not resolve my problem
