[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — poor customer service. | |||
This is very embarassing to receive such a poor customer service from a lodging giant like oyo rooms. I feel very victimised to have been stuck with such a service. I have booked an oyo room at delhi police society, phi 1, greater noida. My room has been booked through my company m/s. Godrej and boyce mfg. Ltd. It's been more than 6 months that i'm staying here and even after repetitively complaining to the property manager mr. Kapil, he has not been able to take no call other than nodding heads with property owner. Last week the a/c was not working. The fridge has not been working for the past one week. The washing machine above all makes the clothes more dirty rather than cleaning it. I have requested all the stake holders to fix the problem but nothing helped. Ofcourse they serviced the machine but it didn't solve the problem of leaving stains in the clothes. I have a buffer of 4 months for this machine to be replaced but no action taken as on date. Kindly replace this washing machine as soon as possible as i cannot stand getting my clothes completely torn and stained for such a long period. Was this information helpful? | |||
