[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — poor infrastructure and poor service | |||||
We stayed in hotel krishna regency, bagdogra near siliguri (W. Est bengal) from 9th to 11th nov'19. This was booked through oyorooms. But the infrastructure and services promised were absent there was almost no service. There was no intercom to contact reception from room. Bell to call for service was not working. Despite complaint it was not repaired. This deficiency seems purposeful to discourage to call for room service which is highly objectionable. Oyorooms company should be liable for enrolling such inefficient and hotels with poor infrsructure giving false details. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booking with oyo rooms they confirm my booking and paid the said amount when i go to the hotel for check in the staff of hotel said room is not booked... I show him the confirmation e mail but he refused
