Oyo Rooms — poor oyo management | |||
Booked hotel Kyra in ahmedabad, later due to overbooking I got an option to choose hotel, which I selected hotel airport in, again they automatically selected hotel subway near sardarnagar, hansol. It was discussed with Raj Yadav, Guest experience manager and provided me some where around 400 refund. On checkin day, oyo hotel sunway in harol, ask to pay extra as its not right amount. It was pathetic, even after having call they asked me to pay extra unnecessary. Next time I won't even try oyo app for room booking.
