Oyo Rooms — Poor quality of rooms, not refunding the money

We booked a hotel room via oyo. After time we reached and completed all the formalities for check in, we were taken to a room which was completely different from the one we booked. It was dark in the corner, smelly and was unhygenic. We tried cancelling the booking but the app was not functioning properly. We had to upload pictures of the room as per the oyo app. But then for the photo we were taken to another room which was the actual room showed on oyo app. Even that room was stinking, it had dirty curtains and dusty linens.
We left that property that very moment as it didn't feel safe as well.
The oyo app has marked us as checked-in. Though we left that place after seeing the condition of the rooms.
Now oyo customer care representatives are just delaying the matter. Every call we made has been taken casually without any substantial steps taken by them.
