[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — poor service and horrible stay and money is looted

I had my stay at hotel sun park pondicherry. My stay was very horrible and it was hell.

Ac water flowing in the room and floor was dirty and manager was using bad words and they refused to open the parking gate after 11.00 pm.

Such a horrible stay and money was charged extra and i had to pay 830 rs extra without a reason.

Totally i don't know why i paid the money.

I want oyo to refund all the money i paid because they gave me a horrible stay.

I stayed in Bangalore for 23/5/19 to 26/5/19 (Booking ID: MCPB4105).

I am asking for GST bill which they are not giving. I have wasted so much time on calling on their customer care number but all the efforts are futile.

I have subscribed oyo gold wizard membership . but still i am not able to see myself as a gold wizard membership. i have written lots of mails to oyo. but i am not getting any reply from them
