[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Prepayment denied by hotel

I booked room using booking.com for 13-14 Aug 2022 at Wayanad Keral. At the time of check out hotel denied for the prepayment which I made and asked for full payment. I called the number which is shared in my booking that is Oyo customer care number and they also denied they didn’t receive payment from booking.com. I followed multiple time call I didn’t get any help. I paid full amount to hotel. Oyo and Booking.com cheating and looting people and not all responding to customer concern very bad and unprofessional behaviour. Oyo executives contacted but no help since 3 weeks I am following upon that every time some different executives contact needs to explain problems begin it’s very frustrating. I attached the screenshot of the conversation thread going on mail.
