I booked room using booking.com for 13-14 Aug 2022 at Wayanad Keral. At the time of check out hotel denied for the prepayment which I made and asked for full payment. I called the number which is shared in my booking that is Oyo customer care number and they also denied they didn’t receive payment from booking.com. I followed multiple time call I didn’t get any help. I paid full amount to hotel. Oyo and Booking.com cheating and looting people and not all responding to customer concern very bad and unprofessional behaviour. I strongly advised don’t book any hotel using Oyo and booking.com
