Oyo Rooms — promises given by guest experience managers

I have to get refund for my four bookings as promised by the experience managers to adjust the amount of my bookings and it was not happened by the time I checked out . I have paid the full amount..they day that it will be adjusted with in few minutes and then if I call after some time some other experience manager will get connected and ask for proof of that...how can I give the proof..even they are not looking at the escalations raised also..even if the escalations are raised they won't go to the concerned team and gets resolved without any prior notice to the customers..there is no resolution from them..they say that we will arrange a call back but it doesn't happen for years since I have already paid the amount ..so the response is not at all tolerable..from the last 7 days I had more than 50 phone calls done to the customer care and wasted my almost 12 hours of time and mental torture aswell

Updated by tejesh636 I have the escalation IDs for few and others were not disclosed by them..guest experience managers just play tricks as if I am not audible to skip the discussion and disconnecting the call
