Oyo rooms is one of the best hotel startup i have even seen... Concept of yours is tooo good... And your customer feedback (Rating out of 5) makes u unique and customer friendly... But i have noticed that hotel owners / people... Found a way of getting good rating... Many a times i have noticed that reciptinist / ower of the oyo hotel asked me to give good rating at the time of checkout... Thouch my exp is not good still they asked me to give them full 5 star rating.. And they must be asking this to every guest... Plz come up with a way by which this cn be stopped... Because as a guest i book room acc to rating.. But many times i got dissapointed because rating was 4.5 and room was not even meant for 3... I hope u will take care of this...
