[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund against booking id vfeg5140 | |||||
I booked oyo rooms on 30 november 2018 for my stay during 23 to 27 december 2018. As the hotel could not accommodate all the guests, i have cancelled the booking on 5 december 2018. Then after i made multiple calls to the customer care regarding the refund. I was told that the refund is in progress and refund will take place within 7 to 14 working days. But, refund did not happen. So, i contacted oyo by email and requested for the refund. I called the customer care again on 18.01.2019 and they have told me that refund is in progress. Customer care person said that he will send the refund id immediately to my email and suggested me to go the back with the refund id. But, till now i have not received refund id and details from oyo. Date of cancellation of oyo rooms: 5 december 2018 Total amount to be refunded: rs.36688/- (Rupees thirty six thousand six hundred eighty eight) Complaint: till now oyo rooms has not refunded the money Y v nancharaiah Kalpakkam Was this information helpful? | |||||
