[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund booking amount - check in denied by property

My booking was confirmed by oyo, however when i reached at the property, i was denied the room. I am extremely disappointed by the way my calls/complaint are treated till now. Since it was raining heavily, it was not possible for me to hunt for other property (Nearby vicinity) and hence, i was forced to book another hotel's room at higher tariff and that also 5-6 kms away.
I complained for the initiation of the refund that day only. At first, they incurred cancellation charges on me but after another call, they initiated the refund of rs 3000 and asked me to wait for 7-14 days. I waited and waited but nothing has been done from their side. Its been more than a month now. And, i have been informed that it got declined due to some technical issue and its been initiated again. Today is the third time it got declined and initiated. I am not letting this go. They're simply taking their customer service as a joke and their customers as fools.
I paid advance to oyo for booking, hence i demand refund of my money immediately and also would like to inform that the transaction was done through paytm. So there's no issue of giving bank details.

I have been calling oyo customer care since a month. Yesterday, I filed a complaint here and today I got my refund already. I'd like to appreciate the efforts by every customer care manager who worked on this since yesterday. You're saving this unit otherwise the rest of the lazy ones might lead oyo to its doomsday.
