OYO Rooms — refund for room which they never gave me

I booked two rooms using oyo app. I paid the whole money in advance. When we went for the check-in we refused check-in as the hotel was already full. When we called oyo they were all negligent dindt gave another room also. So we had to book another rooms at 4 times the price. Since we were promised the rooms they are responsible for the extra money we had to give. I asked them to refund me 1600 i paid for the room also the extra i had to pay which was 4000 for the rooms. Its been a month and i haven recied the refund which i payed. Now when i call they are saying i had checkedout of the rooms. I hope something is done so that they dont use their power to loot the customers. This is highly unacceptable.
