My Wife went for a business trip. ! OYO customer care suggested to stay in the OYO room called - OYO 77067 P N K Suites
She arrived on time to check in, but the manager and receptionist were very unprofessional and unpleasant. They kept her waiting for four hours while announcing that the room was still being cleaned. They provided a temporary NON-AC room after 4 hours. The main door's lock was missing when she arrived. After 30 minutes, a man (perhaps in his 40s) entered the room inexplicably, looked around the space, and then glared impolitely at my wife. Who are you? she enquired. The hotel's front desk agent arrived and led that man away.
she saw him enter the other room with three additional ladies and hear them conversing in Hindi, so she knew it wasn't a typical hotel. She left the place right away.
She was not allowed to check in until the last minute, and her information or any aadhar number was not gathered / collected either. No proper or reserved rooms were assigned, and the manager and receptionist were quite nasty, rude and intrusive. They advised us to contact the police, but we believed it would not be in her best interests and safe
Before granting temporary accommodations, they gathered money. I spoke with over 6 customer service representatives and provided the confirmation email after receiving a letter claiming that I will receive a refund, but nothing has transpired as of yet. More than five months had passed.
Because this hotel is a nuisance and there is no safety for ladies, I will bring this complaint before a civil court, if necessary. I find it really perplexing that OYO would approve such a business while doing nothing. The OYO team should also have a connection for such firms.
