I booked my room at andheri Order no. OCLV8924 for 01/05/2022 to 02/05/2022. When was reached near the hotel and call him to locate hotel. They directly told us we don't have AC rooms available to oyo booking which you have mentioned in bookings. When I was booking its shown AC rooms, suddenly they asked don't have AC rooms. Is this way to treat customer in the heavy tempreture at the movement change the policy? I want my full refund right now due your negligence and unsatisfactory service as per policy. For this badly service from your side, my today trip is very worst and I have to paid more to booked new hotel. May I requested to you kindly refund my money with in 2 days. I complaint in oyo chat, Mr.Raju Allen also agreed that I was booked my room in AC Category(share a Screenshot for your refrence). Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I suggest you don't put this hotel in your list, for this services from hotel concern, it may caused inconvenience to you in future.
