I had booked hotel kamini, boring road, patna (Oyo 78696) from 7-9sept 2022 with booking ID WWOE2183.
My 0 cancellation was valid till 7sept 9am. I cancelled my booking on 6 sept 7pm and received a mail that my refund has been initiated with 0 cancellation charge.
But today is 9 sep and I still have not received the refund. I tried contacting the customer service number but they issued a ticket and soon after I got a mail mentioning that my issue has been resolved, but still I had not received my refund.
I am supposed to get a refund of 1708/- and I have attached all the required data as a prove that Oyo had sent me a mail mentioning that I will get a refund of 1708/- with 0 cancellation charge but ultimately did not completed the refund.
Please look into the matter seriously and complete the refund process. It takes a lot of pain to run after a business for refund which they are supposed to do themselves.
Pathetic experience with Oyo customer service where they keep on forwarding the call.
Hope so I will get a positive response and I will be receiving my refund.
