[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund not done even after time limt

It's already been 15 days and still the refund has not been made. If contact the oyo customer care they simple repeat that it will be done in 7-14 days... They being irresponsible and are a big fraud... And even now they are not responding to my request... They say that it's already been processed and not processed by the bank... My self Himanshu Gautam. I did booked the Oyo 23424 hotel clink date:- 11/01/2020. Booking ID - NEPJ8359. Misbehave hotel staff on call for online payment. Mobile no. [protected]. He is using very cheap type of language. I have a call recording.
