Hi Team,
I booked room in goa with Booking ID RBAJ8235, When I checked in, they asked extra money. So I called customer care, they transferred us to different property, after paying some amount with new Booking ID YGC51725
I reached second property, original payment of 906 rs was reflecting to new booking ID YGC51725. So I have paid in cash.
But customer care people said it will be refunded after I checked out of room. After check out customer care people send a mail as below.

But its not created after 25 days also. If I call customer care[protected], they are not responsible for refund and they will transfer the call to service. But there is not service team I guess, IVR response will repeatedly ask for press 1 and 2, and its end less . call will connect to no one.
Its totally fraud and no one takes responsibility to refund
