[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund not initiating purposely | |||
I had booked a hotel at goa price 3391 but i got better deal so wanted to cancel that and book one more. But the oyo asssit told not to cancel and he himself booked other hotel and the hotelier is not aware of the discounted price. He didn't allow us inside. Oyo person again booked some cheap hotel and asked us to go there. We said we don't want any booking please refund our amount. These guys are not at all ready to refund our money.
