[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund not issued | |||||
Booking (Pfio6340) escalated, hotel - oyo 8065 accovah map5 inn I booked two rooms and canceled one via pfio6340. A refund of rs 2582 is pendind. As the account which i used for booking is closed. I requested them to refund in my axis bank account. But, still they are not providing the refund and saying that it has been automatically processed. They are not providing any details.
