[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund not processed even after 35-40 days

I made booking on 22nd june, my booking id is sqgt0197,
Where hotel denied check in as they were not accepting any booking through oyo,
This incident took my 3-4 hrs and made situation worst,
Now its been around 2 months you oyo is not able to process my refund,
Whenever i call them they either put my call on hold and disconnect it or they just forward me a formal mail.
Attachment clearly shows the refundable amount but it has not yet processed on 75 rs i have received yet.
