Hi,
I have called customer service number of times to get a solution and it seems no one is there to help.
Background: i did 2 bookings on may 21 for hotel sunny cot in mussorie on same credit card with different ids and on 28 may i notified that my booking has been changed to hotel amar and because of this reason i cancelled both the bookings.
I have received the refund on booking id: urvz4928 for rs 14096/-
I am yet to receive refund for my booking id: dqvl8129. It is ore than 11 days that i have cancelled my booking and refund is due for rs 14096/-
Kindly let me know why my card is not being refunded.
