Oyo Rooms — refund not processed since 2 months | |
I have cancelled oyo booking on september 16th and i haven’t received my refund in spite of contacting customer care 4 5 times. I have received mail from pay u through which i have paid that my refund is initiated with transaction id: n6hh0wymgnqan3ng7w20y1ws, and reference no [protected] on behalf of oyo, but money is not transferred to my account.
