I had booked a hotel room with OYO in Dehradoon for 6th-7th July and then another booking in Rishikesh for 8th-9th July. At both the places I was denied check-in by the hotel management due to some issues with OYO rooms. The customer support told me that I'll get a full return for both the booking. It's September already but I have not recieved my money yet into my bank account. I mailed and called the customer support several time, but I am yet to receive any refund from them.
